what a good decision ! it has already impressed me. this is a good dealership, nice people easy going sales staff everyone is friendly very good experience. I could have bought in the big city, but I am glad I came here. John is a good salesman he makes sure you get what you want and need, rather than try and make a big sale he was eager to show me everything he had to offer and let me try it out ( by the way they have a great back yard for test driving, you won't get that in the city)

The first time I contacted Amy in parts I knew this was the only place I was going for my service and parts needs from now on. She has been so helpful with everything. She helped me get some warranty work done and always calls with updates. "Mike,
Sorry this has taken so long to do. We came in back in april with a meanstreak that had a rear flat. The problem was quickly found to be a bad valve stem. You guys told me you could not fix it as you did not have a tire machine yet. We thought this was going to ruin our entire trip we were taking to the hill country. Well were we wrong. You called your competitor 20 miles down the road and got us a place in line at his shop. Next thing you guys did was to borrow a truck and trailer (all yours were committed to a charity event that day) and you loaded the bike up and sent your saleman down the road with it. We got it fixed and were soon on our way. When I tried to pay you guys I was told "we didn't fix anything so there is no charge". But wait you guys took a lot of time and carried the bike down the road in a borrowed truck and you won't take my money? Well I guess I will have to spend all our Kawasaki money with you. You guys made a customer for life that day! We have since driven back down there 2 times for oil and filters. I can say this is the best service I have EVER had at a motorcycle dealer and I wasn't even a customer of yours before this experience. You guys ROCK!!!!!!
